Position Summary

Parking Operations and Campus Access Management is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist, duties and responsibilities are:

1. Computes and accepts payments related to Parking Operations and Campus Access Management.

2. Provides customer service.

3. Assists with enforcement and parking management, motor vehicle rentals, provides phone-based customer service, and assists with other Parking Operations and Campus Access Management operations as assigned.

4. Maintains computer records and files for permits, appeals, and deck waitlists.

5. Responsible for daily opening of the front office; daily register reconciliation and assists with other monetary processing.

6. Processes monthly bills for special events and keep accurate and up-to-date records to ensure that all invoices are paid.

7. Requires strong customer service skills as well as the ability to multi-task, communicates with a diverse population and sometimes with difficult customers.

Minimum Qualifications

HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENCY AND ONE YEAR OF RELATED OFFICE EXPERIENCE; OR EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE.

Preferred Qualifications

2-3 Years Related Experience
Associate’s Degree or Two (2) year college equivalent
