Position Summary

Primary duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Office management that involves scheduling appointments for consulting and protocol meetings; managing team members calendars, complete necessary University forms needed for events on and off campus, event team travel form, etc.; Handle administrative duties as they are needed for University Events.
• Responsible for day to day managing and tracking of the RSVP system for University Special events including but not limited to phone, email and mailed RSVP.
• Keep track of and complete the ordering for office and event supplies.
• Other functions involve assisting the events team with special events on and off campus as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENCY AND ONE YEAR OF RELATED OFFICE EXPERIENCE; OR EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE.
