Position Summary

Undergraduate Secretary -

The Undergraduate Secretary is the first point of contact for the Department and is responsible for answering the phone, as well as, greeting and assisting all visitors. The person in this position is also the primary administrative support for the Undergraduate and Birth Through Kindergarten Program Directors.

Additional duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Taking care of course scheduling and classroom reservations,
  • Inputting and making changes to course schedule as directed by Department Chair,
  • Coordinating the HDFS admissions process for undergraduates,
  • Running sweeps rosters for faculty,
  • Keying departmental time sheets,
  • Maintaining computer and fixed assets inventory spreadsheets,
  • Providing excellent customer service
Minimum Qualifications

HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENCY; OR DEMONSTRATED POSSESSION OF THE COMPETENCIES NECESSARY TO PERFORM THE WORK.

Knowledge of Banner HR
